First, we should actively promote local governments, build cross-border e-commerce service platforms, lay the foundation for the development of cross-border electricity business in our province, and achieve the push forward shift and classified supervision of Port Supervision, so as to facilitate the rapid clearance of enterprises and solve the problem of export settlement and tax refund.

Two is to strengthen and well-known e-commerce.

With reference to its advanced management concepts and experience, we explore a new mode of homeopathic supervision to adapt to the development of cross-border e-commerce.

The three is to further expand the functions of Chengdu airport and Qingbaijiang railway ports, use the express mail center and bonded logistics center to carry out various modes of cross-border e-commerce business, achieve superposition of functions, shorten the tax rebate cycle, and attract more enterprises in Sichuan to participate in international trade with cross-border trading platform.

The four is to use the "global pass" to innovate the regulatory mode and logistics mode of cross-border electricity providers, and extend the functions of ports so as to enable the whole province to enjoy the convenience of customs clearance at ports.

The development of "multi points and multi poles" has actively supported the development of cross-border electricity business by the two or three line cities.

The five is to actively explore the construction of cross border electricity supplier customs supervision warehouse, support small and medium enterprises to use this platform, relying on large-scale electricity providers and logistics supply chain providers intensive development, while strengthening information technology, efforts to achieve paperless, improve customs clearance efficiency, to meet market demand.

According to the introduction, the Chengdu customs will continue to support the development of Shuangliu International Airport's aviation hub this year. It fully supports the opening of new routes, the expansion of express centers and the role of bonded logistics centers. It will also actively support the development of cross-border e-commerce based on airports, explore the integrated and efficient operation of airport logistics system, further play the role of international aviation hub's radiation and agglomeration, and promote the development of port economy.

Reporters also learned from the meeting that last year, Chengdu customs handled 638 thousand copies of customs declarations, an increase of 13.8%, 2 million 327 thousand tons of import and export freight volume, an increase of 51.3%, a regulation of import and export value of 45 billion 360 million dollars, an increase of 16.7%, a regulation of entry and exit personnel 3 million 310 thousand times, an increase of 31%, a two tax of 12 billion 10 million yuan, an increase of 4.3%, and a record high of all businesses.
