I checked a lot of air conditioners in stores, and directly located at the lowest (16 C) temperature control.
As we all know, all the air conditioners now have constant temperature control design. When the indoor temperature drops to the constant temperature state, the unit will stop automatically, until the indoor temperature exceeds the constant temperature state, then it will automatically start refrigeration.
If we set the temperature control at a low temperature which can not be reached at room temperature, the air conditioning unit will not be able to stop automatically and rest. On the one hand, the power consumption of the air conditioner increases, on the other hand, the service life of the refrigeration unit is also reduced, and even the failure rate has increased.
Cold chain equipment, on the one hand, we can see that the cold chain equipment includes refrigerators and freezers, all of which are cooled by circulating cold air systems.
However, the display of goods in our stores often overheaps the goods and obstruct the outlet, resulting in the leakage of cold air, or too close and too tight. There is not enough gap, which affects the normal circulation of the cold air and the leakage of the cold air.
The leakage of cold air will lead to two results. First, the cold loss will increase the electricity consumption; two, the cold capacity is not enough, the equipment can not be reduced to the preset low temperature state, the refrigeration unit can not get enough rest, and even affect the unit's shutdown of the ice, resulting in increased power consumption, increased barrier rate and reduced service life.
On the other hand, the regular cleaning of cold chain equipment is also very important. If there is no regular cleaning, the drain will be blocked and the condenser will freeze, which will damage the fan of the unit.
Similarly, it will increase power consumption and shorten the service life of the equipment.
I think as long as we keep on doing the above work, the energy saving and consumption reduction of the stores can basically be realized. There is no need to save electricity bills by turning off the lights and air-conditioning.
