    There are few enterprises to deal with printing and dyeing wastewater. Dongli wine and dyeing (Nantong) Co., Ltd. (TSD) invested 18 million yuan in early 2013, and successfully applied ceramic membrane water treatment technology, combined with conventional biochemical and physicochemical technology, and successfully reduced COD to 100mg/L.


    Qin Zhaoqiong, deputy general manager of the company, introduced the ceramic membrane water treatment system in detail.

    Qin Zhaoqiong said that in the pre-processing part, the refined water recovery system was built in July 2013, and successfully achieved 300 tons of ~500 tons per day of recycled water, 50 tons of caustic soda per month, and the reduction of COD30% was achieved. In the biologic line upgrading part, the TSD-1 drainage device (2500 tons / day) and the TSD-2 drainage device (2500 tons / day) biochemical treatment reduced the COD concentration to 280mg/L, and then COD concentration was successfully reduced to 100mg/L after physicochemical treatment. After TSD-3 treatment (8000 tons / day) biochemical treatment, the COD concentration was reduced to 280mg/L, and then the concentration of the 100mg/L was successfully reduced to 0 by physicochemical treatment; in the reclaimed water reuse system part,

    In response to China's new printing and dyeing wastewater discharge standards, COD emission targets, and new printing and dyeing enterprises' access conditions, the reclaimed water must meet the requirements of over 35%. From the beginning of 2013, TSD started the three campaign of water treatment projects: pre-treatment system, biologic line marking and reclaimed water reuse system.

    At present, these three campaigns have achieved good results.

    Although the output of TSD decreased by 7 million meters in 2014 compared with 2013, the overall profit of TSD has been improved because of the development and wide application of high value-added products. In 2014, the profit in 2014 was the highest in the history of TSD development.

    Chen Zhihua, President of China printing and dyeing industry association, has fully affirmed TSD's achievements.
