Sometimes the magnetic roll is not flexible in rotation. The trolley will lift the cotton bag and destroy the horizontal surface of the cotton, causing the cotton picker to mix unevenly.

The reason is that the car is dragging the magnet bar around the central axis of the disc for circular motion. One end near the center column moves slower than the outer end, causing the outer end of the magnet to strike the cotton block, causing the cotton lump to undulate, which not only causes the car to jam, but also affects the mixing and even production.

To this end, we must check whether the magnet rod bearing is too tight or too much on both sides of the axle head, and increase the outer side of the magnet rod by 30 millimeters, so as to ease the blow on the outside side against the cotton block.

Under normal circumstances, when the car runs to the two ends, the handle of the switch is changed, and the automatic cotton mixer is filled with the cotton box, and the swing gate mercury switch is broken. The car stops running, but at this time, if the contact of the switch handle is just on top of the electric switch on the driver's hand, it will cause the driver to keep falling, which will cause the hammer rack to continue to drop, causing the car to rise from the cotton bag, while the driver will run over to death.

The chain wear and elongation of the pmission chain, the abrasion of the chain wheel teeth or the sprocket of the lower part of the main pmission part are connected with the car wheel.

Loosening and sprocket grinding are easy to cause shaking.

At this time, we should pay attention to overhaul and replace the worn chain wheel teeth. For example, if the lower chain wheel holes are worn out, they should be drilled separately, and the sprocket of the lower part of the main pmission part should be installed with screws and spring washers to prevent loosening when the flat cars are installed.
