Fang Jianhua: Jiangxi people, founded in 1998, Guangzhou Hui Mei garment factory, in 2005 led the company from foreign trade processing business pformation, the establishment of Guangzhou Hui Mei Clothing Co., Ltd., and became the first batch of Alibaba settled in Guangzhou B2B international business.
In 2008, the establishment of cotton and linen brand "Yin man" from the wholesale trade of foreign trade to the domestic online retailing, became the first brand clothing retail brand of Tmall.
In 2011, Yin man won the double eleven women's wear sales champion.
In January 2013, the group bought the initial language and began to train sub brands.

Reporter: in the process of negotiation, what is the consideration of the equity ratio?
Fang Jianhua: they hope that the share of equity will be more than 20%, which can further promote the cooperation between the two sides.
Reporter: it is said that there are many traditional clothing brands that are interested in investing in the Hui Mei Group. How did you find it in particular?
Fang Jianhua: last year, more than 10 traditional clothing brands found us, including the search for special.
I have known for two years with the boss of search, but they expressed their investment intentions at the beginning of last year, but I didn't know enough about them at that time, so I didn't agree immediately.
Later, the two sides carried out in-depth communication in all dimensions. I first learned that the search engine was very Internet oriented, and attached great importance to the layout of Internet channels.
In addition to investing in us, we also voted for other Internet brands, which is definitely not for the Internet.
The two is to understand that the boss is very personal, cooperative, willing to make others, and is very trustworthy.
Taking into account the future, we will also go to the bottom line, relying entirely on their own speed too slow, the other side's experience and resources can help us.
So it took a while for both sides to understand each other's style of work.
Reporter: search for the main brand trend online, the style is biased towards Han Feng, young and campus. Is this conflict with the brand style of the Hui Mei Group?
Fang Jianhua: there are more than 10 brands in search, which have many styles.
Hui Mei Group's position is to create the most influential fashion ecosystem. The clothing style is personalized and diversified, and the following brands will be more and more.
Now, the young trend brands of Hui Mei Group are very consistent with the online users. For example, the younger brands of our group are more similar in positioning and consuming groups and the "tidal front".
Reporter: some Internet brands want to consider the listing of the brand after they have been built. Some Internet brand conditions will soon be launched as soon as they mature. Why did IPO choose to start this year?
Fang Jianhua: listing is the starting point of a company rather than the end. Every company has different plans for listing sooner or later.
For Hui Mei Group, we choose this time point is that the company's management level and financial situation has reached a certain level, so IPO is also a natural thing.
Reporter: after listing, put the Hui Mei Group in the public view once in a while, which will also cause pressure on your operation decision.
