Construction project integrity agreement

(six) party a staff members shall not introduce to Party B any family members or relatives or friends engaged in any economic activities related to the supply of materials and equipment, subcontracting and other works related to the works of Party A.

Three Party B and its staff should do so.

(1) Party B shall carry out relative business through normal channels, and shall not give gifts, valuable securities and valuables to Party A's staff members (including their families, children, the same below) for obtaining some improper interests.

Four. If Party B discovers that Party A and its staff have violated the above Negotiators Party A shall report to Party A's leader or Party A's superior unit. Party A shall not make any excuses for Party B's revenge or delay or delay.

Five, Party A discovers that Party B violates this agreement or adopts improper means to bribe Party A's staff. Party A shall report to Party B's superior leaders or departments concerned, thereby causing losses to Party A's units to be borne by Party B.

Six. This Agreement shall be an annex to the project charter party agreement and shall become effective immediately after the signing of the agreement.

Seven. This agreement is made in four copies. Each party holds one copy and delivers it to the witness department and the discipline inspection and supervision organ.
