Definition of a group

The hotel defines a group as a group of tourists entering or leaving the store at the same time.

Due to natural environmental factors, such as typhoons, cancellation of flights, and other irresistible reasons, the tour group can not arrive on schedule, resulting in the loss, the hotel can avoid loss.

Four, accommodation delay and excess Reservation

If the tour group still can not leave the hotel as scheduled, the hotel can help arrange the rooms according to the rental conditions.

The hotel is responsible for arranging the group to a hotel at the same grade or above the hotel level, and no more room charge.

Five, children's fees

The hotel provides a free bed for children under twelve years of age living with their parents. Meals are charged at 50% of the adult standard.

Six. Reservation rules

The tour group and individual guests must inform the hotel in advance. The hotel can not change the reservation according to the booking plan of your department.

Seven. Accompanying meal arrangement

If the tour group takes a meal in a hotel, the hotel is responsible for arranging free meals for all and local drivers.

Eight. Payment method

All the hotel charges are monthly, and you must pay within fourteen days after receipt of the hotel bill.

This contract is the only legal contract between your company and the hotel business. It will take effect from the date of signature by both parties.
