    We often say that practice can exercise ability, and college students go all out to participate in various social practices. Workplace newcomers I always want to take on more important tasks. But why do some people practice a lot of colorful jobs and do a lot to help their career development?

    Here is a problem that is easily overlooked: some people have only done some practice, but "passing" does not have "experience". In the workplace, people use the "experience", that is, you have experienced and gained the value of practice, such as forming a sense of problem, good habits and reflection ability. "Passing" means that you have done something at a certain time.

    An example can help us understand the difference between "pass" and "experience".

    Your team has received a project: in November, 300 primary school students were led to see an ice art show at a theatre in the park some 20 kilometers away. The time was 14 p.m. to 17 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. If you are in charge, what kind of preparation should you make to ensure smooth activities?

    Fourth, the leaders report progress at the key nodes. As a responsible person, I always know what my team is doing, where to go, whether the theater activities are normal, and so on, all the main points are on my task list.

    For example, is it possible for me to go to the theatre site a few days before the activity? How to park, how to enter and exit the field, how to use the toilet, how much the safety exit is, how much notice does the other side mention? How is the temperature on the ice show site?     More than 300 people go to a field and have to consider carefully. We must know the number, sex and number of people in each class in advance.

    First, the question of admission time. How many locations do men and women's toilets have? How many people can they go to the toilet at the same time? How long will it take to go to the toilet if I finish the toilet? After reading the venue, I can figure out how much time it takes for the more than 300 people to enter the Stadium, so I know when to get to the theatre best.

    Second, riding a car is also a problem. Friday, wow, is there any blocking point in the way area? Would you like to have a snack and a water blocking for each car?

    Third, how long is it for students to sit on the program? If the time is too long, do I have to arrange a volunteer who has children's interactive experience to bring the students to do a little game without leaving their seats? Otherwise, more than 300 people will not be bored or bored.

    ... If time permits, all of this is clear. I can do a good job in the management manual of team outing before the event. Later, our team will be able to train more experienced people in such activities.

    In major projects, we often do not have the opportunity to undertake the key tasks. What we do is nothing more than odd jobs. But do you really do well enough in the face of seemingly simple tasks? In fact, we can manage everything as a project. Every task is made up of details. The details are in control.

    Doing things in a professional way is much more important than doing professional work. When you can't help complaining about your rich experience, but you can't display your own ambitions, you can remind yourself: do I have a high opinion of myself? Is there a habit of observing and introspection? Is it possible to see details in others' seemingly simple things? Do you take the initiative to learn from more experienced people? Do you think that every task can be viewed in a higher level?

    This is why someone has been an expert in the field for 35 years in the workplace. Some people can't find their next ten years in the workplace.
