Qin Feng pointed out that last year, the Federation of overseas Chinese in Wuhan launched an economic pformation and upgrading around the city to encourage overseas Chinese to start their own businesses and strive to make the overseas Chinese play a greater role in new technologies, new products, new formats and new businesses.

Especially for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises invested in new overseas Chinese, they may encounter some new situations and new problems. The Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese organizations actively coordinate and help solve them, constantly stimulate the innovation vitality of overseas Chinese communities, and add strength to Wuhan's innovation driven strategy.

In particular, in June last year, Wuhan was set up for overseas Chinese service center. It provides one-stop service for overseas Chinese, especially the new overseas Chinese professionals and high-tech venture group to provide investment, entrepreneurship and development, such as policy, law, business guidance, talent introduction, paction agency, communication and association, business negotiation.

At the same time, the Wuhan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese also donated Lei Feng bronze statue to Wuhan Huangpi Long Paradise through the four commonweal organizations on both sides of the Straits, organized the Wuhan international Tango Cultural Festival jointly with the Hubei chamber of Commerce in Canada, and organized the "Chinese nostalgia memory" activities with Chinese media, which enhanced the ethnic identity, sense of responsibility and strong sense of mission of the overseas Chinese.
