China Wool Textile Industry Association Holds The Fourth Stage Advanced Training Course For Wool Textile Professionals.

In order to help the personnel training of wool textile enterprises and improve the level of the existing technical personnel, China Mao Association will continue to hold advanced training courses for professionals in wool textile industry. The main contents of the fourth training course are the use of YARNSPEC, the expert system for combing wool yarn quality management, and the introduction of Australian wool industry and raw wool detection methods. 1. Use of combed wool yarn quality management expert system YARNSPEC -- Yang Shouren, chief scientist of Commonwealth of Australia scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO).

In order to improve the quality of wool yarn, reduce production costs and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, CSIRO developed the world's first expert system for combing wool yarn quality management -YARNSPEC. The system is based on wool tops. fibre Quality can accurately predict yarn quality. It was developed on the basis of extensive theoretical simulation and large-scale spinning experiments. Extensive industrial experiments were carried out in several large wool mills in China, and were successfully verified. The main content of the technical lecture is to introduce the basic concept and industrial application of the forecast software.

2. Introduction of Australian wool industry and raw wool detection method --- Wang Qiang, Chinese project manager of the Australian wool Inspection Bureau.

The whole process of Australian wool production, harvesting, testing, broking, marketing, primary processing and deep processing from Australia's Merino sheep is systematically introduced. The wool wool industry in Australia, especially the detection methods of raw wool and the analysis of related physical indicators are introduced in detail.

1. Dr. Yang Shouren

Dr. Yang Shouren is chief scientist of CSIRO, co operative manager of Sino Australian wool spinning and cotton spinning. He is a visiting professor of 4 universities. He has a solid foundation of mathematical physics. He has been engaged in theoretical research of spinning process and yarn structure for a long time. He is the inventor of the combed wool spinning YARNSPEC and cotton spinning cotton quality prediction expert system and fiber bundle strength tester.

2, Mr. Wang Qiang

Australian wool Inspection Bureau China project manager, China wool textile industry Association consultant, member of China Australia wool group. He has been engaged in the Australian wool industry for more than 20 years, and has rich experience in the Australian wool industry, raw wool detection and raw wool trade.

(three) training methods

The lectures were conducted by experts and on-site answering questions, and the training staff were arranged to visit the spinning workshop of Jiangsu sunshine group.
