This scene is no stranger to this year's Hongkong Asia Pacific Leather Exhibition.
People who have gathered at the door of the exhibition hall may have noticed that the booth is attracted by the colors and patterns of their shoes, slowing down their footsteps to see the artwork like men's shoes.
This booth belongs to SAPH+.
For the first time this year, they participated in the leather exhibition in the Asia Pacific region. "It has been less than six months since the end of 2014 to create the brand. Before that, we all helped the western countries such as the United States and Italy to do the OEM."
Deng Ruilong told China Leather net reporter that many years of OEM production laid a solid foundation for the creation of today's own brand.

Deng Ruilong said that painting and machine printing is to print colors or patterns on leather shoes without drawing traces, and the sense of direction is the same, and these colors or patterns are easy to wear off after long wearing time.
For this problem, Deng Ruilong said that they did not produce leather shoes, leather shoes were made by the manufacturer, and the upper was made of tree skin (vegetable tanned leather), which was mainly painted with light meat and pink and suitable for painting on it.
The painted colors and patterns will infiltrate into the upper leather through special processes. The technology has matured and made beautiful in Italy, but it is very rare in Asia.
Deng Ruilong said that the technology they used was developed by their own designers.
According to different pigments for different color matching, at the same time, we should consider the color lasting and not fade, and so on, it took two or three years to develop successfully.
Niche products meet individual needs
SAPH+ brand has been pushed to the market for a short time, but in their view, it has achieved good results.
There are only 4 people in their team. They do not have much time, energy and economic foundation to publicize. Of course, they do not want to hype. This is a good stage for them.
Referring to the Hongkong Asia Pacific Leather Exhibition, Deng Ruilong said he did not know the exhibition or invited the exhibitors to attend the exhibition because they saw their information online.
There is no need to pay the booth fees, which is probably the recognition of the organizers of the exhibition.
Not only that, Deng Ruilong said, their craft has also been concerned and recognized by some domestic shoe enterprises, including some big shoe enterprises in China, and these enterprises have also had contact with them, hoping to cooperate with their craft.
Then, what about the domestic market? "There is such demand in China, and many custom factories will occasionally make several."
Chen Qixian, director of the Wenzhou Research Institute of the China leather and footwear industry research institute, told China Leather net reporter that the technology is relatively easy to achieve, mainly by artistic creation.
These technologies can not be produced in batches, Chen Qixian said. It is difficult for him to become fashionable products according to his judgment.
