Finally, 8 employees agreed to dissolve the labor contract with the company, and the other 2 employees expressed willingness to continue working in the company.
2 days later, the two sides came to the Shuangjing Street Federation of trade unions to sign an agreement to terminate the labor contract.
In April 11th, according to the working life and wages of each employee, the company paid a total of nearly 2 million yuan for the cancellation of the labor contract compensation.
During the negotiations, the company thought that due to poor management, changing the staff's office location, but the staff could not accept it, it belongs to the employee voluntarily leaving.
The employee considers that the company shall make any compensation if the company fails to change the place of work without their consent.
Subsequently, the mediator explained the company's improper practices and legal risks arising from the laws, regulations and facts.
