The career research center of China Career Development Association (CCDA) made an interesting investigation.
They surveyed more than 500 working people and asked them a question: "in order to let you stand out in the workplace, what do you think is the three most important?"

A comparison was made between the choice of the elderly in the 0-3 years (51.2%) and the elderly in the workplace (3 years or more, 47.8%).
The most important three items are: "
professional knowledge
"Skills", "core skills" and "recognized industries and jobs" ranked second, sixth and fifth respectively in their list of people who came in.
In the workplace, the elderly most valued: "positive professional attitude", "professional knowledge and skills" and "good occupation habits" ranked eighth, first and tenth respectively.
The new job owes their career success to their strong knowledge, skills and abilities, and whether they can enter a well positioned "recognized profession and position".
In the workplace, people think that apart from knowledge and skills, what you learn after entering a career is the key to career development.
But "accurate career positioning" or "recognized professions and professions" are not important to them.
