If the new urbanization will open a trillions of investment banquet for China, the PPP (Public-Private-Partnership public-private partnership) mode is undoubtedly the most noticeable highlight.

In May 12th, Hebei province held the PPP project promotion conference, launching the first 32.

It involves urban rail pit, airports, garbage and sewage treatment and so on.

It amounts to 133 billion yuan.

Before that, Chongqing announced that it will continue to promote 13 PPP projects this year, involving six major areas, including expressway, rail pit, railway, public facilities, port logistics, land remediation and so on, with a total investment of 130 billion yuan.

In fact, since the launch of the 30 demonstration projects by the Ministry of finance since the end of last year, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hunan and many other provinces have launched the local PPP project. Although there is no national statistical data, the Ministry of Finance estimates that the total investment of the PPP project currently published is about 2 trillion yuan.

Then, in this cooperation, what kind of public funding feast will be opened at all levels of government and departments?

"The market scale of the PPP project is hard to estimate, but the market will be more than 1 trillion yuan per year, which may reach several trillion yuan."

Jin Yongxiang, general manager of Beijing Dayue consulting company, told reporters that the government's public goods and public services will be gradually released to the public capital in the future. The market scale of the PPP mode will be very large.

Which areas will be right?

Jiao Xiaoping, deputy director of the office of the PPP leading group of the Ministry of finance, said that from the demonstration projects launched by the Ministry of finance, it is mainly concentrated in many areas, such as urban rail pit, toll roads, comprehensive watershed management, affordable housing, water supply and heating, gas supply, garbage disposal, medical care facilities, and so on.

At present, the difficulty of canceling the non administrative licensing examination and approval project is still in place.

Since 2014, the State Council has asked all parts of the country to clean up non administrative licensing examination and approval projects.
