The Customs Department said that in addition to the low tariff products that had been introduced to promote consumption and improve people's livelihood in the past few years, China has lowered import tariffs on clothing, footwear, skin care products, baby food and supplies, kitchen utensils, tableware, spectacles and other consumer goods.

Analysts have pointed out that the import tariff rate of consumer goods such as clothing, footwear, skin care products, diapers and so on will be promoted by the analysts.

The advantages of import will be reduced to a certain extent, but the fact that the value added tax of up to 17% of the total trade imports has not changed, in fact, has little effect.

In addition, cross-border e-commerce imports will still have a huge advantage in commodity inspection compared to general trade imports.
