Dalian City Common Distribution Center Construction Is Progressing Smoothly

From the road traffic management office of Dalian traffic bureau, it was learned that since the construction of Dalian urban common distribution center invested by Dalian railway Vietnam group affiliated to Shenyang Railway Administration in March 28th this year, construction and relocation of the original facilities and equipment covering 130 thousand square meters have been completed on schedule.

The Dalian urban joint distribution center is an important carrier of the new year's innovation project of the city traffic bureau. It is located at 200 North China Road, Ganjingzi District, No. 2 North China Road commercial circle, less than 2 km south China Road commercial circle, 3 km east Dalian North Railway Station, 4 km away from Dalian International Airport, 5 km away from Shen Da expressway, 6 km away from Dalian bay port, and two railway special lines in the area.

The project

The estimate is 640 million yuan, with a total construction area of 186 thousand square meters.

The project is divided into two phases. The first phase will invest 403 million yuan to build "four bases, two lines and one floor", including two 33 thousand square meters of normal temperature.

The 15 thousand square meter low temperature common distribution library, 5 thousand square meters, the largest 5000 ton -55 degree super low temperature warehouse in Northeast China, and so on. After completion, the maximum storage capacity can reach 100 thousand tons, and two railway special lines are directly connected with two common temperature distribution libraries.

The two phase invested 237 million yuan.

The first phase is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of the year.

At the same time, it will also be developed and applied.

The information management system develops 300 joint distribution vehicles, uses the most advanced logistics intelligence technology, sets up the cloud service center platform, and unify and integrate the urban distribution vehicle resources.

After the project is completed, it will become the largest fast food consumer, cold chain food storage and joint distribution center in Dalian. Through the distribution center, it integrates the logistics resources such as distribution, warehousing, pportation, distribution and other logistics resources, and integrates unified dispatching, joint distribution and public rail multimodal pport to realize the scale and intensification of urban distribution operations, improve the utilization efficiency of logistics resources, reduce the distribution costs, alleviate traffic congestion, save energy and reduce emissions, expand employment and enhance the quality of "vegetable basket" and "rice bag" project.

It is reported that the project has been included in the "13th Five-Year plan" of the comprehensive pportation service of the Ministry of pport and the "13th Five-Year" development plan of Liaoning traffic logistics.
