Nelson's survey report shows that physical shops will not be replaced by electricity providers in a short time.
Although online shopping has many advantages, physical shops also have their own unique advantages, especially for those with larger fluidity.
Most of the respondents in China say that offline shopping is a pleasant family outing, and another 67% of respondents think they enjoy the pleasure and satisfaction of shopping in physical stores.
The report also pointed out that, to some extent, the electricity supplier has a greater development advantage than the physical shop.

Therefore, for retailers and producers, it is the real success to be able to flexibly use two kinds of sales channels, online and offline, to satisfy the customers' desire whenever and wherever possible.
Even in physical shops, retailers can use online services to boost sales.
For example, through online and mobile terminals coupons, shopping lists, downloads retailers or members APP, scanning two-dimensional code to get more information, store Wi-Fi online payment and other digital technology store application.

Nelson's report shows that the maturity of online shopping in China has been ahead of the world average.
The report further points out that if more Chinese retailers carry out digital services in the store, such as online or mobile terminal coupons, shopping lists, self service payments and use of Wi-Fi in the store, there will be more room for growth in this field.
Most Chinese respondents chose online shopping and door-to-door service, which is much higher than that of global respondents.
30% of Chinese respondents said they had used online customization services, while 23% of Chinese respondents indicated that they had already used online or mobile terminal coupons.

The digital service inside the shop is the most widely used among Chinese consumers.
In addition, more than half of respondents expressed willingness to try these services in the future.
The survey also showed that 18% of Chinese respondents said they would log on to store Wi-Fi to obtain product information or price, 17% of them would get the required information by scanning the two-dimensional code, and the consumers who use the store computer to access product information accounted for 16%.
75%, 78% and 79% of Chinese respondents said they would like to try these electronic shopping in physical stores in the future.
