In January of next year, the China (Guangdong) free trade pilot zone Ordinance can be submitted to the Standing Committee of the provincial people's Congress for the first time.

Reporters learned that the provincial people's Congress will formulate the "China (Guangdong) free trade pilot zone Ordinance" included in the 2015 legislative plan, which is one of the preparatory projects.

Today, the Standing Committee of the provincial people's Congress held a working conference to study and implement the legislative work plan of the twelve session of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of Guangdong province. Zheng Jianrong, director of the provincial Party committee of the commerce department and the director of the provincial Trade and economic cooperation office, said that before the launch of the free trade area in April 21st, the pilot scheme for the management of the free trade pilot area of China (Guangdong) was promulgated, which ensured the good operation of the FTA in more than two months. But the formulation of the regulations must follow closely.

After listing, Guangdong has also recently investigated the Shanghai FTA pilot area. "There are some problems on the surface and points that need to be solved."

On the face of it, many issues in the FTA involve the central authorities and the relationship between local legislation and the central authorities and powers. Shanghai has faced this problem before.

In addition, Nansha, Qianhai and Hengqin have their respective regulations in order to straighten out the relationship between the Ordinance and the existing area regulations in the three districts of the free trade area.

Zheng Jianrong said that in January next year, the regulations could be submitted to the Standing Committee of the provincial people's Congress for the first time.
