Talking about the scenery of Shanxi textile industry in that year, Li Jinwang was full of eyes, and this unique advantage provided technical support for the development of textile industry in our province at that time.

After the reform and opening up, influenced by internal and external factors, the focus of our province's industrial economy has changed to energy intensive chemical industry. The development momentum of the textile industry has shrunk to a certain extent, accounting for less than 1% of the economic share from the past 10%.

As we all know, the textile industry is the livelihood and pillar industry of China's national economic and social development. It is also a leading industry integrating high and new technology, promoting fashion creativity, improving domestic consumption level and leading international development.

China is the largest producer, consumer and exporter of textiles and clothing in the world. China's fiber processing industry has topped the world, accounting for more than 50% of the world's total. It is also the most complete and most comprehensive country in the world.

"Although the textile industry is currently the smallest manufacturing industry in the province, it is undeniable that compared with other provinces, our textile industry has a certain foundation for development and has its own industry characteristics. With the increase of private capital investment, the development potential is unlimited."

The "promotion plan" is clear that in the next three years, our province will accelerate technological innovation and pformation, make excellent textile industry, strengthen the manufacturing of clothing, shoes and caps, and expand the three fields of industrial textiles manufacturing and chemical fiber manufacturing.

The whole industry completed 6 billion 400 million yuan investment in three years, and realized sales income of 7 billion 100 million yuan in 2017.

As a traditional pillar industry in our province, the textile industry has a group of enterprises with relatively strong strength and distinctive advantages.

For example, Hua Xiong textile company is the largest and best equipped cotton spinning enterprise in our province, and its scale efficiency will be further improved after the two phase 100 thousand spindles are completed. Linyi Hengsheng textile company, though only 50 thousand yuan, has achieved good results. Currently, it is developing color spinning products. Hemp, hemp, mulberry silk and its interwoven fabrics are special products of our province, and occupy a more advantageous position in the whole country. A number of enterprises in Jincheng have done a lot of work in this area, and have achieved certain results. Cotton printing and dyeing enterprises are concentrated in Yuncheng, forming a certain regional advantage and having certain technical advantages, and will have good development in the future.

The garment industry is a relatively fast developing industry in our province in recent years. It has formed an annual sales revenue of over 500 million yuan, such as the 3534 garment companies of China and Bing Juan clothing company, and has the brand of "inside and outside" seen in the market, such as "geese," "hundred circles" and so on.

The main problem of our province's clothing industry is that too few famous civilian brands are available, most of them are in uniform market and professional wear market.

In recent years, the role of regional leading enterprises such as Jihua 3534, Bing Juan and Sen goose has gradually emerged. In particular, the construction and operation of Jihua 3534 Yuncheng airport garment park has attracted some neighboring enterprises to share resources and share common development.

Comparatively speaking, industrial textiles are an industry developing rapidly in China in recent years.

Our province is a big consumption province of industrial textiles, but the production of our province is extremely weak in this area, so it has great potential for development.

In recent years, some enterprises and research institutes in the province have made certain achievements in this respect, and have made certain achievements, such as the production of carbon fiber of Heng Tian company, TISCO steel branch company, Xuan Wuyan fiber company of Qingxu, the production of Xuan Wuyan fiber from basaott company of Qingxu, and the polyphenylene sulfide fiber developed by the Taiyuan University of Technology, which laid the foundation for the production of industrial textiles.

After years of development, the textile industry of our province has initially formed an industrial structure dominated by textile industry, clothing, shoes and hat manufacturing, chemical fiber manufacturing, and industrial textiles manufacturing.

According to a set of data released by the provincial Economic Commission, in 2014, there were only 49 enterprises in scale above the textile industry in our province, and the sales revenue reached 5 billion 700 million yuan.

Behind this group of figures, there are problems in the whole industry, such as insufficient investment, small economic scale, matching weaving and deep processing ability.

Li Jinwang pointed out that in view of our real problems, the "advance plan" "prescribe the right medicine" and provide policy support by optimizing the development environment, encouraging enterprises to expand marketing through innovative brands.

In the future, relying on existing brand names in textile and clothing industry, we will build and improve design innovation centers, technology R & D centers and brand promotion centers, and the government will support the merger and reorganization of advantageous brands and industrial integration.

At the same time, encourage qualified enterprises to apply modern marketing mode to drive related enterprises and products to expand the market.

Through the establishment of special zones on famous websites, it supports enterprises to develop e-commerce business.

Next, the government will also promote the establishment of the Shanxi product sales area in the domestic central cities and hypermarkets to enhance our province.
