Designer Su Ling: The Chinese Dream Designer

Everyone has a dream, and I am no exception. I am a member of many post-80s generation. I am a pragmatic and impetuous generation. Our parents have experienced ups and down times, and it is not easy to come all the way from poverty. In those days, clothes were just for shelter, and everyone wore almost no difference. Dark baggy trousers and jackets, bloated big cotton padded jacket were no exception on the stage. Fortunately, China's rapid development, to our entering the community, all kinds of clothing brands have been more than to name will "bump into words".

Now my life has gone through more than 20 spring and autumn years. When I was a child, things had long been forgotten. But what I missed was my carefree indulge in the fake Bobbi of 5 yuan. Like girls, I also love to play dolls and transform all kinds of shapes by collecting beautiful little rags. Bring her nice necklace earrings, big skirt dress, elegant small shawl, and don't forget to use her nail polish to give her a bright lipstick. The dream of design has never been broken. Unfortunately, I didn't know how much I yearn for the fashion design. Before that, I had gallops in all kinds of subjects and totally ignored my inner dream. Now I can only look at that profession with eyes and spend four years in other places. Life is not always perfect, is it? And I am a restless person who is unwilling to be mediocre. I have been trying to connect perfectly with society since I started college, and I have tried a lot of work and different industries on the side of social practice. At one point, I wanted to be an English teacher according to my parents' wishes, but later I gave up. I love English, but the real dream is not here. At that time, I felt excited even if I had a little relationship with my clothes at work. Then I went to two clothing companies and became more and more committed to my dream of becoming a fashion designer.

Whose youth is not lost, in fact, we are all alike.

When people are confused in their careers, they will always look for a breakthrough and find a way to get on the right track. I have been puzzled for several years. I have consulted many friends, online, in books, searching my life direction in the shopping mall full of clothes. I also attended the accelerated fashion design course in the office, and I was very excited at the beginning. I made the first half skirt in the afternoon, a new product every day, my dress, trousers, shirt, cheongsam and small skirt, which I made in a week in class. At that time, the teacher joked that I was a "demon girl". I used the 5 yuan small rags to make a gorgeous pink dress. Everyone praised them, and they were very happy, not only because they had been recognized, but more importantly, they were close to their dreams. People always say that they are worth the money, and they spend a penny on each item. Slowly, I find that what I learned in thousands of speed courses is too limited to satisfy the idea that I want to design freely and freely. Then confused again, what should I do next, and then go to a fashion design undergraduate course? There is no time and energy. Besides, I have to support myself, and I can not stay on campus for a long time. Therefore, once searching for various clothing schools and consulting friends in the clothing industry, we found that one of the most famous and well respected schools in Beijing is Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology, and its one-year clothing design course is just like the Savior of my kind. After a year's study, the basic knowledge of clothing can be reached. It's too valuable. It's much stronger than one's own. So I soon got the name and started preparing for the salty fish turn over plan for a year.

Stepping into the first day of the North dress, I felt a strong artistic atmosphere, and all the men and women in the campus were dressed up in fashion. This is the atmosphere I want, wearing my own style and fearless. In a one-year class, everyone has different purposes and directions. Some are just interested in learning, playing on the side, and others because they do the industry at home, and learn more about the process, more like me, for future career development. If we say that for the future career development, we need to learn four years of knowledge integration among undergraduates.

Dreams are the places where happiness persists. Many things are simple and practical.

Can you bear the drawing for one day? Can you hold on for a day when you stand on board and fight for a day? Do you work in front of the sewing machine for a day, and you may have to work overtime in the evening. Can you do it? Many things are not easy to insist on, but there is faith in hope, and persistence is happiness in itself. Almost all of this year I was immersed in costume design. All the materials, accessories, white goods, clothing, paper and books in the family can be opened. These are my wealth, I accumulated bit by bit every year, and I am also a year's learning testimony.

If you have the clothing dream, the North dress is your dream's runway. Unlike the previous crash course, all the hardware and software of Bei Bei are built around clothing. The skyscraper exhibition hall, the T stage show, the classical art hall, the designer collection shop, and the cattle library that have to be mentioned are really the most important ones. I really want to move it home and read it carefully, leaving aside the most fashionable front page magazines updated every month. The most powerful reason for the northern dress is also the best reason for word-of-mouth because the teachers who teach here are the senior experts in real clothing and decades of teaching. The clothes they make are all of high customization level. They are not impatient with the students. They are not afraid of trouble. They teach each detail process over and over again, start from the beginning of the thread, finish the finishing of the clothes, and do it as long as you want to learn. A year's course, like "swish", is over. Look at your achievements; half skirts, shirts, dresses, trousers, overcoats and so on. From scratch, to production, I have done it all by myself. Before I know it, I found that I really got started, and I am no longer an outsider who doesn't understand the fabric.

Remember the dream of youth, like a flower that never dies.

I believe every person who has a design dream will be in tears when they see their clothes on the T stage. In the class, when the teacher told us about the theme and the date of the show, I really felt that the first show of life was coming. We must try our best to make the most beautiful design. I am very grateful to Bei Bei for giving me this opportunity to show myself. Graduation shows that I really feel that my first dream can be so real. But dreaming is a dream. It's really not easy to imagine your own series. Search fashion websites and small partners visit the fabric market, look at all kinds of exhibitions and find sources of inspiration. These are all preparations for the early stage. The most rare thing is to set the direction of your own series. Without direction, you can only keep looking for it. There is no progress. Only by setting the direction will you spend 1/4 of your time. There are many ways to find directions, such as what do you like? What beauty do you think, what is most meaningful, what can make the most dazzling clothes, and so on. I like feminine delicacy and beauty. It is the most symbolic and natural trait of a woman. I have always wanted to show this unique beauty of women through design. It happened that Dior had exhibited in Beijing and was excited to take a tour with his little partner. It is indeed a beautiful mess and graceful suffocation. The master is indeed a master. The design of Mr. Christian Dior really makes women elegant. Seeing the design of such a high-end atmosphere made me hesitate to look at it several times. What impressed me most is the black swan dress dress. When I saw the graceful curve of Swan, I don't think any animal is more graceful than the swan. So I will explore the graceful mystery of black swan as my design direction.

The road of design is tortuous, it is a process that you constantly racking your brain and constantly thinking about it. Not only clothing design, but also all design is to achieve the most beautiful and latest visual experience. In a month, turn magazines, draw pictures, set up plates, set up cuts, stroll the fabric market, go shopping, search for pictures. I also thought about taking the dress outside to make it. After all, I paid attention to the design drawing, not the tailor, but finally decided to finish it by myself. If I didn't do it, I would ask the teacher to teach me. I also feel sorry for the weight of 180 yuan and a metre of heavy silk, but the fabric with poor quality really can't get the exquisite effect. In the market of accessories, I can't find the feather I want all morning, but I also want to use the general improvisations, but the bad accessories really make the clothes look cheap, two times, walk through the last feather shop, or let go back.

I remember before the company's design director told me, "Elsa, you have to think about it, design is a very tiring job, not as fun as you think, is mental and physical overdraft." Well, thank you very much for your warning, but I have never chosen it because of the fun of clothes. I have already prepared for the hardships and hardships of clothes. I just want to use the design to make everyone happy. In the evening, a quiet person groping in a small studio is also a pleasure for me, tired and happy.

After watching a lot of shows, suddenly one day he was busy with the front desk, and his heart was full of curiosity and fantasy. However, the show didn't really take out the clothes on OK, and many accidents would make you too busy. For example, if the model is inappropriate and can not be changed, you can only modify the clothes yourself. If fat is enough, it's dangerous to lose weight. Unfortunately, I was very unlucky. One of the half skirts was made of cloth. Because the last piece of cloth left, I saved the fabric and zipped with the smallest seam. As a result, the model tried not to go in, but there was no fabric left. I was anxious to put the zipper on the outside most. When the model was rehearsed, it tore open, and I ran around in the backstage of the high heel shoes. There was no similar material to cover, no suitable accessories to cover up, no models could be changed, and when I heard the director say that the half skirt was not ready, I was almost going mad. Now, I would like to thank my little friends for staying with me and sharing ideas with me. These experiences are memories of our whole life, and I will always treasure them.

Finally, the perfect curtain call was made. The little buddies took pictures of me, gave flowers, moved to tears, but kept their brightest smile on their faces.

In fact, a lot of memorable people and things this year, I can't finish those little things, want to thank many people, thank them for their help and support from the bottom of my heart. In the future, what I can do is to design carefully, and not to disappoint everyone's expectations and expectations. Learning career comes to an end, and I hope I can continue to learn more extensive knowledge of fashion design. My career is about to start.
