What Is "Made In China 2025" To The Shoe Industry?
In recent years,
Garment industry
The most popular hot words are Internet, "made in China 2025", "electricity supplier pformation", "Online + offline" and "fitting room", which affect the development of brand enterprises. But what are their real meanings?
What is made in China 2025
"
Made in China 2025
"Will be China's industrial development plan and top-level design for the next 10 years.
The government's actions send a strong signal to the market, indicating that industrial pformation will usher in a breakthrough and speed up.
The State Council has issued the "made in China 2025" before deploying to comprehensively promote the strategy of manufacturing power.
The plan puts forward the strategic goal of achieving a manufacturing power through "three steps": the first step is to enter the manufacturing powerhouse in 2025; the second step, by 2035, China's manufacturing industry as a whole has reached the middle level of the world's manufacturing power camp; the third step, when the new China was founded one hundred years ago, the status of our manufacturing power was more consolidated and its comprehensive strength entered the forefront of the world's manufacturing power.
What does industrial 4 represent?
The concept of "making 2025" in China has been paid more and more attention since it was first proposed in December 2014.
In March 23rd this year, Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council said at the China Development Summit Forum:
The "made in China" 2025 will focus on innovation driven, intelligent pformation and green development, and will further enhance the level of China's manufacturing industry in international cooperation.
Enterprises are encouraged to take an active part in the development of the third party market through international capacity cooperation.
It is hoped that the relevant countries will relax restrictions on high technology exports to China, advocate trade liberalization and investment facilitation, and jointly oppose protectionism.
Strengthening economic and technological cooperation at home and abroad is good for both sides and for the world.
China makes 2025 strategic directions
Industry 4: Internet + manufacturing
Industry 4 is an important part of "Internet +". Internet technology reduces the information asymmetry between production and marketing, and accelerates the relationship and feedback between them. Therefore, the consumer driven business mode is generated, and industrial 4 is the key link to achieve this mode.
The industry 4 represents the intelligent production of "Internet + manufacturing", which nurture a large number of new business models, and can truly achieve the "C2B2C" business model.
According to the industrial Internet survey conducted by the world economic forum, more than 74% of respondents believe that the 4 industry is "extremely or extremely important" for optimizing the allocation of assets, reducing operating costs, increasing employee productivity and creating new profits.
GE estimates that if industry 4 can boost the productivity growth of the United States to the level of the IT revolution in 1995, then by 2030, the global GDP will increase by more than $15 trillion compared with that of industrial 4, and the Asian Pacific region will increase by more than US $4 trillion and 200 billion.
What are the two important concepts?
In his report on the government's work this year, Premier Li Keqiang mentioned two important concepts, one is the "Internet plus action plan" and the other is the "China made 2025 plan".
The former emphasizes the use of the power of the Internet to promote the pformation and upgrading of traditional industries. The latter is interpreted by the outside world as China's version of industry 4.
This is actually a I+M mixed Chinese version of the Internet + manufacturing industry planning, which is neither accidental nor isolated.
Manufacturing industry plays an important role in the national economy. If Internet + does not have the means to pry this big man, it will have an impact on China's economy.
Transformation and upgrading
The contribution is limited.
Conversely, the mobile Internet provides an important window of opportunity for China's traditional manufacturing industry to upgrade its services globally, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises and innovative enterprises.
If we lose this strategic opportunity, we will have more difficulties in competing with the world's leading enterprises.
The eight major projects mentioned in the "high-end equipment, information network, integrated circuits, new energy, new materials, biological medicine, aero engines and gas turbines" are highly targeted and refer to the I+M hybrid mode.
Information networks and integrated circuits are the foundation of mobile Internet and the Internet of things. New materials are the foundation for expanding the role of 3D printing and other additive manufacturing technologies; many of GE's Aero Engines and gas turbines have been networked in real time, and are the earliest members of the Internet of things; BOSCH's IOT suite has special solutions for new energy networks.
Even seemingly unrelated biological medicine is closely related to new materials and computer simulation technology.
