"The textile industry, especially the wool textile industry, is very short of talent. Dan Fei, manager of Human Resources Department of Xinjiang Yida Textile Co., Ltd., said that there were more than 1420 employees in Xinjiang this year, including more than 650 workers in the Urumqi factory. The company also needs to recruit more than 300 people every year. The proportion of these recruits is 20% to 30%.
Enterprises attach great importance to talents in Colleges and universities, but these talents are also losing every year.
Xinjiang Hua Chun Woolen Textile Co., Ltd. currently employs 450 people, bringing about 100 people from vocational schools every year.
Technicians and professional managers basically rely on the introduction of the mainland or local reflux. The leading technical workers and team leaders in the front line are all imported from Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.
Hu Mei said that brain drain is related to regional resource intensity. Compared with Xinjiang, the distribution of resources in the mainland is relatively concentrated, which has great attraction for young people.
Dan Fei said that enterprises now attach great importance to retaining talents, and pay close attention to their salaries, working environment and promotion space.
Moreover, the autonomous region government will also work out a "13th Five-Year plan" for developing the textile and garment industry to promote employment, and further improve the special planning of the "three cities, seven gardens, one center" Park, and create a better external environment.
