Mention The Latest Fashion Designers In Hongkong, The Three Hottest Local Young Designers.

    Hongkong FashionHongkong Fashion Designer

As a leading Asian Fashion City, Hongkong is both a fashion and a hotbed for designers to grow and grow.

You may know little about the designers in Hongkong, or do you remember the Liu Peiji teacher who designed Anita Mui's and Leslie Cheung's clothes.

But it doesn't matter. Let's get to know the three hot Hongkong designers.

Guo Zifeng: born in Hongkong, born in London.

Guo Zifeng, a native born Kay Kwok, started his fashion business in London.

Guo Zifeng graduated from the fashion design department of Hong Kong Polytech University, and then successfully enrolled in the Department of menswear in London Fashion College for master's degree courses.

During his studies, he worked as an intern in Alexander McQueen, and then won the championship of the twentieth Mittel Moda fashion competition in Italy with her graduation design series.

In 2013, Guo Zifeng founded the same name brand Kay Kwok in London, and in the same year the London men's week showed its first spring and summer series, becoming the first Chinese Hongkong face in London in 20 years.

However, Guo Zifeng was not only active in fashion week, a little similar to Liu Peiji, the former generation of Hongkong's predecessors, who also liked to design clothes for the concert.

Guo Zifeng has participated in the design of the world tour with the famous British band MUSE, ART PIECE of CALLStar, Joey Yung and Sherry's 2014 big dish in Hongkong.

"In Hongkong, I learned the most basic things, such as edition, cutting and computer graphics," Guo Zifeng said in an interview with South China Morning Post. He said that learning in London later inspired more designers' creativity and inspiration.

    Planet, high-tech, outer space...

These elements often appear in the series of Kay Kwok, but this is not a mere graphic preference. Guo Zifeng's graduate student has earned an engineering master's degree besides his men's wear design, so it can be said that he is not a regular art student, or even a little geek.

"After my graduation design exhibition, Joyce buyer shop found me to cooperate, but I have repeatedly refused," Guo Zi Feng once told "South China Morning Post": "mainly because I was not ready at that time."

After many years, you can finally buy Guo Zifeng's very engineering sense of vision design at Joyce store in Hongkong, and his works will also appear in the September 4th "Hongkong manufacturing: our city, our story" creative exhibition, located at Hongkong Maritime Museum.

Zhang Meiyi: not only designing tide cards, but also making Gloria.

Designer Zhang Meiyi (Meiyi Cheung) is an alumni with Guo Zifeng, and undergraduate and graduate students are studying in the design department of Hong Kong Polytech University.

Zhang Meiyi can not be called "cutting-edge" among designers in Hongkong. She is a member of the Hongkong Fashion Designers Association at the age of 44. She has designed leisure series for CONVERSE's Asia Pacific market, and has been nominated as "the ten outstanding fashion designers in Hongkong" in 2010, and has had the opportunity to design clothes for Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo.

Many of Zhang Meiyi's works have been collected by the Hongkong Museum of history.

But all this does not mean that Zhang Meiyi is no longer in line with the "cutting-edge". In the near future, she launched her brand new "Whosthat" and opened a physical store in Aberdeen street, Hongkong.

Whosthat on the line is Milan tide shop 10 Corso Como phase, it can be said that from name to brand are all pioneers.

Interestingly, the design sister seems to have been familiar with style conversion. It is understood that Zhang Meiyi has made 8 years of design consultant for Gloria costumes in the mainland.

Zhang Meiyi has publicly stated more than once that Hongkong is a good place to do business in design and clothing. After all, companies have more opportunities to get together, plus Guangdong next door is the world's garment processing plant.

"Just for me, it's a bit too safe and comfortable, which limits creativity," Zhang Meiyi told Nanhua morning post. She acknowledges that some of the creativity that designers belong to must come from cruelty and challenge in reality.

Liu Mengxi: sell clothes to the whole world, including the Middle East.

In the same way, Liu Mengxi (Hei Lau) is faster than Guo Zifeng. He graduated from Hong Kong Polytech University in 2004, and launched the same name dress brand Hei Lau in 2009. After that, Paris's Paris sur Mode Atelier was displayed every quarter.

Today, Liu Mengxi has taken Hei Lau to Japan, Australia fashion week, Taipei Taipei in Style stage and even Kuwait in the Middle East. Liu Mengxi is ambitious for the wider international market.

According to the South China Morning Post, Liu Mengxi has also gone to Shanghai for an investigation this year, perhaps calculating the opening of a new store.

If so, then you will have the opportunity to see the Hei Lau brand in the mainland.

If the light starts from the design of the clothes itself, the style of Hei Lau is not very "80 after". It is not slack and no trend. The cutting is also more prominent, and it is also willing to put pen to paper on expensive materials such as silk and natural fur.

Now Hei Lau is available in Hongkong, the Middle East and European buyers, and you can find Hei Lau's own store in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hongkong.

Take You To Olivia And Kai Sister Designers In Hollywood

For you and me, the names of Hollywood's big names such as Scarlett Johansson and Qian Ning Tatum always seem to be just the golden focus on the big screen. But for Emily Ma fashion designers, Olivia Ma Corwin and Kai Ma Wilson, this is their life circle. This is their taste. Maybe under the influence of their parents, maybe they can say a low-key luxurious family motto.
