In the end, the Ningbo intermediate court sentenced Liu to detention for 6 months, and fined 160 thousand yuan for smuggling of common goods. Moreover, the court also confiscated the seized smuggled goods. Meanwhile, Liu Yuan sold 40 thousand luxuries for illegal gains of 40 thousand yuan, which was also recovered.
