In 2013, Li Dinghai began to participate in the drafting of the "safety rules for children's shoes". He met with other drafting units on an irregular basis and went through market research at a time.

This standard has standardized the factors that cause or may cause child harm in the technical requirements. It especially emphasizes the safety of children's shoes in two aspects of physical and mechanical safety performance and limited substances, such as children's shoes should not reveal the nail tip, effective height should not be greater than 25 milli meters, etc., harmful chemicals, odor and so on have also made the relevant requirements and limit rules.

Many of the requirements are for the first time in footwear related standards.

How can we understand the gap between products and standards and deal with risks ahead of schedule? Since September 16th, Chengbei street has formally implemented the "safety limits for children's shoes and hazardous substances" standard, which has been put forward and formulated for more than 1 years, and 40 family rules children's shoes enterprises participate in drafting, indicators and children.

The standard of safety technology is equivalent to that of small accessories, and the tensile strength of small accessories is higher than the national standard.

At the same time, Chengbei footwear inspection Co., Ltd. will conduct quality checks on children's shoes enterprises in the District, conduct sampling inspection and inspection for children's shoes, timely feedback test results, and carry out phased training for enterprises, and gradually enhance the production standardization and overall quality of children's shoes industry in the area.

From the original recommendation standard to the mandatory standard, the standards for children's shoes safety technical specifications must be carried out once promulgated and implemented. The AQSIQ will conduct supervision and spot checks on the quality of children's shoes.

From July 1st this year, the regulations on the post processing of disqualified products produced by the state supervision and sampling inspection of product quality were carried out. The AQSIQ handled very stringent measures for the production of disqualified products, including stopping production, marketing, ordering rectification, and closing down business, and even revoked the relevant licenses.
