Shah Gebandi pointed out that, such as poor language choices, difficulties in commodity selection, immature cross border logistics and distribution, imperfect return mechanism, users' concern about payment security, users' high cost of international logistics and immature legal environment, will be a constraint to the development of cross-border electricity providers in Mongolia.
"If we develop cross-border electricity suppliers to China, then in my view, language is the biggest problem."
According to Shah Gebandi analysis, English and Korean are relatively popular foreign languages in Mongolia, and the popularity of Chinese is not very high.
For example, when a Mongolia people went shopping in China's Tmall mall, he could not understand Chinese, so he could only choose pictures by many times, and he could not communicate with sellers.
"This is very bad."

Nga Zamuanmidag also said that the current government is also very supportive of the development of cross-border electricity providers, and believes that it will continue to promote this business in difficulties, and will also conduct corresponding training.
On the 24 day of the Sino Mongolian cross-border e-commerce cooperation conference, China's electricity supplier enterprises, personnel training institutions and so on also expressed interest in the Mongolia market.
Some enterprises have built warehousing or business in Inner Mongolia, China, which is adjacent to Mongolia, exploring the possibility of cooperation with Mongolia while developing business in the west of China.
