    But for double eleven, we have been preparing for three months.

    Turning into a global holiday, Alibaba will make 50% of its revenue from overseas.

    When will it be realized?

    Ma Yun: we have a ten year plan for everything, starting from the first day.

    In 2003, we made Taobao, and in 2004, we made Alipay.

    We say we need to evaluate what we do 10 years from now.

    So in 10 years, we will achieve 50% of our revenue from overseas.

    When the world is fighting for Ali's stock, the current stock price is basically the opening price at that time. How do you evaluate the love and hate between Alibaba and shareholders?

    Ma Yun: they hate me, they love me, but I love them.

    We must not let those who hate us stop hating.

    We can't care about stock prices. We care about our customers and performance.

    Those do not like it.

    China's economy

    People will hate us. Those who do not like this will hate us. They will hate us if they do not like it.

    Our company doesn't want to do it for a few years. We want to be a century old shop.

    We have completed 15 years now, and we still have 86 years to go.

    Interviewer: do you think we are in the bubble now?

    Ma Yun: No, of course not. If you think our companies are making billions of dollars a year, then every company is a bubble.

    It's good to have such a bubble, if you can earn billions of dollars every year.

    Reporter: how do you measure your own standards for counterfeiting? Because many businesses say you have revoked fake goods, but three days later they came back.

    Ma Yun: Well, you can ask whether any Chinese company can give you a 7 day refund guarantee after you buy fake products. You can ask all the businesses if they cooperate with us, if they call us, which time has we not removed the fake products?

    Don't send lawyers, because many companies send lawyers to talk with us.

    These lawyers do not understand business, they do not understand e - commerce.

    When they came, they said, "Hey, what do you want to do?" I explained what I would do.

    As a result, these lawyers said, "on behalf of my clients, I do not want to hear you explain anything. I just want to get the matter done."

    I think we have entered a new era.

    Last year, we co operated with the public security bureau to arrest nearly 500 people and deal with numerous counterfeit and shoddy goods.

    I have cancelled or postponed numerous meetings in the past 15 years, but I will attend as long as meetings involving counterfeit goods are involved.

    Because every time a consumer buys a fake, we lose 5 consumers.

    We are also victims. We also hate fake products. We have struggled with this matter for many years.

    But we are fighting against human nature.

    Fake goods have a history of 30 years in China and online.

    But we are fighting online.

    Interviewer: what do you think Alibaba America will be in five years?

    Ma Yun: I am very grateful to the United States. If I did not come to the United States, I would not have seen the Internet.

    I can't learn English without American travellers.

    We do not want to compete with us electricity providers.

    There is no way to build a Alibaba.

    We are not there to compete with Amazon. We are not an e-commerce company.

    I want our team to invest in high-tech start-ups in the US and help them grow.

    Not only is capital injection, but also to help them come to China one day, China has a huge online market.

    Reporter: first of all, I want to ask the following question of counterfeit goods, because government departments have publicly stated that 40% of China's online products are fake.

    Alibaba is the worst of them.

    Ma Yun: you only heard about 40% of counterfeit goods, but you have not heard the government apologize for this.

    Because they did not use accurate data.

    And the director of this incident came to our office last week. He was shocked by all the things we did for China.

    Interviewer: when do you think you will retire? Then retire and sing Cara OK? I know you like singing.

    Ma Yun: Cara OK (laughs).

    I worked as a CEO for 15 years, and then I felt I should leave this position to young people.

    I retired from CEO's position a few years ago, and I became chairman of the board.

    But being chairman of the board and becoming a good chairman, I was busier, especially last year.

    Because there are still many things to do.

    But the good thing is that there is no need to do routine work every day.

    I started working on strategies, culture and government relations.

    In addition, I think the most important thing for this company is social responsibility.

    I hope everyone in the company has a strong heart and a good heart.

    Because our company has affected five hundred million people in China.

    We need to do this because we don't want to have only a group of people who want to make money when we retire.

    They do not consider social and environmental problems.

    This is not the company I want to build.

    I am preparing for my retirement. It may be five, ten or fifteen years.

    I will grow old, I will be sick, and I will die.

    But when I was still in my prime, I wanted to spend time on culture and people, to create a good system for the company, and to educate the environment as well.

    I am an idealist.

    Some shareholders said, "I don't want you to do such things. I want you to make money."

    Of course, we earn a lot of money, but if you only want to invest and just want to make money, you have a lot of investment options.

    But we also want social responsibility for making money.
