Audemars Pigeut Continues To Cooperate With Basel Art Fair

Recently, Audemars Pigeut (Audemars Piguet) announced that it will continue to cooperate with the Basel art exhibition to assist in planning the world's premier art fair and to promote outstanding contemporary and modern art works.

Meanwhile, the Basel Art Fair has become a global platform for Audemars Pigeut to get involved in contemporary art.

Since 2013, Audemars Pigeut has launched the unique concept of collectors' hall at the world's three largest exhibition in Basel art exhibition, inviting designers and artists to play their creative talents, showing the scene of Audemars Pigeut's Ru Valley, the birthplace of Switzerland.

In 2013, the collector's hall, designed by French designer Sebastien Agne Sanz (Sebastien Agneesens), was unique because of the photographic work of British photographer Dan Holtz Voss (Dan Holdsworth).

At the Basel art exhibition in Hongkong in 2014, Mathieu Lehanneur, the French top designer, unveiled the mystery of the new "Mineral Lab" exhibition area, and merged the Austria video artist Kurt huntcric (Kurt Hentschl GER) to design a panoramic video for Audemars Pigeut. Matthew Rehannil.

In 2015, Audemars Pigeut launched a green, mossy covered eco wall and a new custom sound device designed by Alexandre Joly, a French artist who lives in Geneva.

During the Miami station in 2013, Audemars Pigeut joined the world-renowned Galerie Perrotin to display a large floating inflatable curiosity house (Curiosity) designed by French twin artist Keller Cruz (Kolkoz).

At the Miami station in 2014, Audemars Pigeut works with Peabody Essex Museum to display the power of the two sides to assist Jansen Theo (Theo Jansen) design of the power "beach bionic animal" (Strandbeest). Tyo Jansen uses wind power to make bionic animals walking along the Miami Beach, causing unprecedented sensation.

Swiss artist and composer Robin Mel (Robin Meier) was selected as the first artist of the annual Audemars Pigeut art customization program.

With the help of the famous curator Mark Wahler (Marc-Olivier Wahler), Mel Mel created a large-scale synchronizing device, explaining the order rule of the natural world.

This synchronizing device is used to explore natural phenomena and understand how fireflies distribute biological fluorescence uniformly in remote areas of the world.

In order to complete this device, Robin Mel has carried out a complex and precise investigation, combined with in-depth scientific research and challenging technical practice.

The annual Audemars Pigeut artwork customization project will continue to explore related themes and fully support the resources and skills required by artists to complete their works.
