China Textile Federation Puts Forward Five Directions Of "13Th Five-Year" Textile Standardization.
During the "12th Five-Year" period, China's textile standardization industry developed rapidly.
Over the past five years, the industry has completed 828 standards revision, including 174 national standards and 654 industry standards, and abolished 98 industrial standards no longer applicable.
As of November this year, the total number of effective standards in the whole industry reached 2026, an increase of 573 over 2010 and an increase of 39.44%.
In December 9th, the "national textile standards and Metrology working conference" sponsored by the China Federation of textile industry was held in Beijing. The national textile standards and metrology work during the "12th Five-Year" period were comprehensively summarized, and the textile standardization "13th Five-Year" action plan was released. The reporter has learned that during the "12th Five-Year" period, China has proposed 17 new international standard proposals, and the 10 standards, such as the determination of two phthalate esters in textiles, the tetrahydrofuran method, have been officially promulgated and implemented by ISO.

Fourth, we should intensify the tracking, evaluation and pformation of international standards, further enhance the consistency of international standard conversion rates and standards, and take the advantage and characteristic industries and independent technologies as the breakthrough points to lead and formulate international standards. We should carry out the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign standards and the plation of important domestic standards around the "one belt and one way" strategy.
Finally, we should focus on the construction of Standardization Technology Committee, optimize the whole process management of standards, foster development standards, verify the inspection and testing institutions and technological standards innovation base, strengthen the construction of talent team, train industry standard leading talents, youth backbone and human echelon; and build an industry standard information network platform supporting standardized management and information services.
