In fact, as early as 2004, Wang Dameng had access to customized production, but then ended up.
At that time, a well-known large clothing group in Shandong wanted to try to customize the market, and found the cooperation of Wenhua garment factory and pported a large quantity of cloth to Wenhua garment factory.
There is only one item per order, but it is frequent.
"At that time only wanted to add a service, try it."
Wang Dameng said that after one month's cooperation, the pattern master was busy, and the workers did not want to do it.
"On the one hand, it can not solve the problem of efficiency, on the other hand, because on the assembly line, workers are only responsible for one process, and this customized mode requires a worker to complete multiple processes, contrary to the production rule of the large pipeline at that time."
Wang Dameng said that the customized production 10 years ago can not solve the problem of high production cost and long delivery time, and customization can only be a small part of high-end people's exclusive products.
In recent years, however, orders have become increasingly diverse.
Wang Dameng found that an international brand's OEM orders were tens of thousands. Now hundreds of orders and thousands of orders have become normal, which allows him to restart the research and development plan for customized production.
"Bad shape doesn't make it look good."
Wang Dameng said that from the order of the guests to the production department, the figure and demand of each person are different. Only experienced paper master can do it well.

Compared with similar clothing prices, the price of private suits and shirts made by Bi Lang APP is 30% to 50% lower than that of similar products.
Wang Dameng introduced that Bi Lang can customize 90% of the design on the market. It can be independently designed by jigsaw style, and can also be selected from the pre designed styles of professional designers.
Wang Dameng also set up offline experience stores, allowing shop advisors to teach tailored tailor-made essentials to collect customer's clothing data.
After entering the customized market, Wang Dameng said that 80% of the production line of Wenhua garment factory will continue to do foundry work, and 20% of the production line will be responsible for customizing the market.

At present, the customization system is also expanding the foreign market.
Wang Dameng said that he has signed a cooperation agreement with Dongguan Shang Rui Agel Ecommerce Ltd. In about 3 months, the custom system will be launched in Europe and the United States, exporting the custom made shirts made in Dongguan to foreign markets such as the United States, Italy, Britain, France and Australia.
Wang Dameng said that the overseas custom market is also a big data blue ocean. Using APP's big data function, it can realize the interconnection of global orders. The data not only butt up the local Wenhua garment factory in Dongguan, but also will close the factory near the order location to produce.
Wang Dameng said that today, the APP system of Bi Lang's clothing customization has become stable and mature, but it needs constant testing.
According to Wang Dameng, next year's custom platform will also increase POLO shirts and T-shirts. In the future, it will also enter into women's clothing, continue to expand the clothing database, and design products and improve the system more specifically.
