The mode of "bonded imports" is the B2B2C mode. After the goods are ready to be ordered, the foreign goods will arrive at the special customs supervision areas and bonded supervision places in the domestic customs area, such as bonded area, bonded port area and bonded logistics center.

Unlike "bonded imports", the "direct purchase" is closer to the ordinary online shopping. Buyers can enjoy the same convenience as shopping in the domestic website after purchasing the order.

Domestic consumers buy goods directly on the shopping websites that are linked to the customs. The goods are shipped directly from abroad, and the products are more diversified. Enterprises do not have the pressure to store up goods, and the cost of operation is greatly reduced.

It is understood that the State Council has approved 8 pilot cities for cross-border electricity supplier import, including Shanghai, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, Tianjin and Shenzhen. Harbin approved the export pilot.
