According to the results of random sampling, 15 batches of down coats and winter clothes are not in good condition. The main problems are the color fastness to perspiration, water fastness and fiber content.
According to the relevant personnel of the Jinjiang District Municipal Bureau of industry and commerce, the Bureau has recently conducted quality sampling checks on the down garments and cold clothing of the supermarkets, clothing stores, online shopping platforms, TV shopping channels, and wholesale markets of Lotus Pond, such as the cities of Jinjiang District, Chenghua District and Wuhou District.
The sampling inspection commissioned the Sichuan textile quality supervision and inspection station, mainly for the down coat, cold proof clothing formaldehyde content, pH value, odor and other indicators for quality inspection.
The results showed that some batches of down coats and winter clothes did not conform to national standards.
The industry and Commerce Department has ordered enterprises to dispose of substandard products and require enterprises to carry out rectification immediately.
