However, because the surplus labor force will be more this year, and the overall demand for new recruits will be reduced, the overall recruitment situation is relatively optimistic.

Zhang Peng, the recruitment director of Qipai group, told reporters that he had visited the main recruitment market in the greater Quanzhou area, and 70% of the enterprises had not yet come out to recruit workers, and 85% of the job seekers had not yet come out to find jobs.
Shishi's most prosperous pre market recruitment market, 19 days, 60% of the stalls vacant, not many job seekers.
In Wu Qiao head, recruitment accounted for 50%, stall accounted for 20%, loitering accounted for 10%, and less than 20% of the real job.
Up to now, the number of recruitment market is the most popular in Wu Qiao tou, and Shishi tower, five li Linkou, Anhai old Heng An and Qing Meng are next, but there are not many people in Bao Gai, Ling Xiu, Dong Shi, Longhu, Shen Hu, Yang Dai, five li 361 degrees, Ling Shui and Chi Dian Xinhua.
"Although the overall environment is not ideal, and many workers are unwilling to come out after returning home, according to the situation of enterprises and past experience, Quanzhou has not entered the reemployment climax for the time being."

Liu Yongbin said that the employees of Jinxing group were mostly migrant workers from Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and other places. A large part of them had changed from the long work in the past to short labourers, and the stability was not high.
From the year before 3 to April and the busy season, many of the employees went home to engage in agricultural activities.
Jinxing group has been promoting the process of mechanization and automation in recent years. It will also highlight the role of machinery automation in reducing the demand for employees and saving manpower.
However, at present, the recruitment scale of Jinxing is still relatively large. Due to the expansion of factories this year, Jinxing also needs to recruit new 700~800 employees.
Zhang Peng pointed out that this year's rework tide has been delayed by many factories earlier than before, and the proportion of employees returning home for the new year has increased.
In many parts of the country, high-speed rail has been opened and traffic is more convenient.
In addition, the opening hours of many primary schools are relatively late this year, which are around fifteen in the first month.
Although the current recruitment situation is not clear, most enterprises hold a relatively optimistic attitude, because many enterprises were shut down in 2015, and there must be a large number of surplus labor force.
In addition, the enterprise's overall employment demand is not so urgent, the reporter learned from the China Strait (Jinjiang) talent market that many enterprises in the past year are five or six hundred or even thousands of people, the most one this year is 300. It is worth mentioning that, in addition to the overall reduction in recruitment demand, some enterprises including Huayu and Qipai have cancelled their staff introduction fees.

At present, the age of job seekers is another obvious feature in job market. Job seekers under 25 are less than 30 years old, and there are also some older job seekers.
"At present, apart from the few applicants, there is still a problem with the age of job seekers. Many of them are 40-50 years old who want to find jobs in pportation and security, which are not consistent with the company's recruitment demands. The company hopes to recruit young and clever general practitioners, hoping to recruit more young people to become skilled workers."
