Shandong Dongying Tested 28 Batches Of Goods Quality Pass Rate Of 62.2%

The results of the random inspection showed that the 17 brands of the famous brands were double star celebrities, NIKE, Yifeng hang and so on.

Dongying city commerce and Industry Bureau recently carried out spot checks on 3 kinds of commodities such as children's shoes, leather shoes and sports shoes sold in circulation areas such as Dongying, Hekou, Kenli and Dongying ports in 7 shopping malls, supermarkets and stores.

A total of 45 batches of goods were selected, and 28 batches of goods were tested, and the overall quality pass rate was 62.2%.

The inspection of children's shoes, leather shoes and sports footwear products is based on the GB20400-2006 "limits on harmful substances in leather and fur" and the product standards specified in product packaging, QB/T 2880-2007, children's leather shoes, QB/T 1002-2005 "leather shoes", GB/T 15107-2013 "travel shoes", QB/T 2955-2008 "casual shoes" and so on.

The testing items include shoe number, sensory quality, peel strength, peel strength, folding resistance, wear resistance of the bottom, heel binding force, formaldehyde and prohibited azo dyes, and other mandatory standards and product standards.

This sampling inspection of children's shoes 15 batches, 3 batches of unqualified, unqualified items mainly involved in product identification logo, bottom peel strength; sampling of leather shoes merchandise 15 batches, 8 batches of unqualified, unqualified items mainly involved in product identification mark, bottom peel strength, shoe folding resistance, shoe upper pull strength; sampling sports shoes commodity 15 batches, 6 batches of unqualified, unqualified items mainly involved in product identification logo, outsole wear resistance, shoe folding resistance, outsole and outer bottom adhesion strength.

A total of 13 batches of footwear product identification labels were found to be unqualified, mainly due to incomplete marking of shoe numbers (not marked with shoe type) or marked errors, with no product name, production date, product number and no three package regulations.

A total of 2 batches of footwear were found to be unqualified for folding resistance. The problem was mainly manifested in the length of the cut crack exceeding the standard requirement after the endurance test, and the phenomenon of rubber opening after the folding test.

Take leather shoes as an example, the pre cutting mouth of 5mm on the sole of the shoe that requires qualified products in QB/T1002-2005 leather shoes, after 40 thousand times of folding test, the cutting length should be less than 30mm.

And a batch of "Yi Fung" shoes samples were broken completely after folding test, which did not meet the standard requirements.

The quality inspection found a total of 2 batches of footwear products outsole wear resistance is not qualified, manifested in the soles after wear test wear marks beyond the standard requirements.

Taking sports shoes as an example, the length of grinding marks required for continuous wear of qualified products in the implementation standard GB/T15107-2013 should be less than 12mm for 20 minutes.

The length of grinding marks on the left and right feet of a pair of "star celebrities" sports shoes was 14.1mm and 14.9mm respectively, and did not meet the requirements of standards.

The brand names of the substandard samples include: Mandy, Cambridge, cat warrior, Yi Feng hang, red ant, Roable, foot red, Connie, Goldlion, billions of lotus, kraft, break through tradition, NIKE, bang Wei, buck, Jinhua, double star celebrities, etc.
