The Australian survey of 1000 American workplace women aged 18 to 55 has been disheartening.
About 70% of the women surveyed do not believe that they can get the necessary support to make themselves happy inside and outside the workplace, and 75% of the respondents do not believe they can "have everything".
In fact, nearly half of the respondents described their life in the past few years as "hanging by a thread".

Boston University (Boston College) latest research finds that workplace flexibility is decreasing, with less than 1/3 of employers thinking that allowing employees to adopt flexible working patterns is a good choice.
Even if the company provides flexible work arrangements for employees, 70% of women still believe that it is very difficult to achieve success in the two aspects of the workplace and family.
Why? Darla Camilla believes that too many companies still insist on face-to-face work rather than results oriented.
She added that flexible working methods such as part-time job or home office will become a part of American corporate culture like DNA, rather than a kind of corporate culture.

Miller said that since the company has improved its unique working environment, the efficiency and retention rate of employees has been increasing rapidly.
