    Chen Zhihua, President of China printing and dyeing industry association, delivered a speech on the pformation and upgrading of the printing and dyeing industry and "going out" under the new situation. The main contents are as follows:

    Printing and dyeing industry development of new normal printing and dyeing cloth output growth slowed down.

    The output of printing and dyeing cloth in the above scale printing and dyeing enterprises increased from 15 billion 870 million meters in 2000 to 60 billion 160 million meters in 2010, and nearly quadrupled in ten years.

    During the "12th Five-Year" period, the output of printing and dyeing cloth began to fall, and it decreased by 9 billion 200 million meters in 5 years.

    In the period of "fifteen", "11th Five-Year" and "12th Five-Year", the average annual growth rate of printing and dyeing fabrics decreased by 17.94%, 10.69% and -3.27% respectively.

    In the period of "fifteen", "11th Five-Year" and "12th Five-Year", the average annual growth rate of the main business revenue of the above scale printing and dyeing enterprises was 23.33%, 13.64% and 7.06%, respectively, and the growth rate slowed down.

    They increased from 1 billion 153 million yuan in 2000 to 20 billion 263 million yuan in 2015, and nearly four times in 15 years.

    In the period of "fifteen", "11th Five-Year" and "12th Five-Year", the total annual gross profit growth rate of printing and dyeing enterprises above designated size was 33.09%, 22.79% and 8.56%, respectively, and the growth rate slowed down.

    The export volume of eight major products of printing and dyeing increased from 3 billion 361 million yuan in 2000 to 24 billion 310 million yuan in 2015, nearly 15 times in nearly 15 years.

    In the period of "fifteen", "11th Five-Year" and "12th Five-Year", the average annual export growth of eight major products of printing and dyeing was 22.65%, 9.17% and 10.94% respectively.

    The necessity of pformation and upgrading of printing and dyeing industry: there are different development elements and development characteristics in different stages of industry development. Enterprises must adjust and adapt to the new development mode and adapt to the new normal according to the different stages of the development of the industry.

    There are three directions in the pformation and upgrading of printing and dyeing industry: the pformation from scale and quantity to quality and efficiency; production mode: environmental protection upgrading, technology upgrading, management upgrading and product upgrading; and market mode: from commissioned processing to self trading, and then upgrading to independent brand.
