With the construction of Zen new town, the streets of Zhangcha carried out a comprehensive renovation of the Dafu printing city and surrounding areas since July 2013. Feng Kaihong said that after two months of efforts, a number of washing enterprises have been cleaned up, effectively eliminating the environmental safety risks brought by washing enterprises.

Companies want to help solve practical difficulties.

While strengthening the regulation of wading and dyeing enterprises, Zhangcha streets constantly urge stereotyped enterprises to improve waste gas treatment.

By the end of 2015, the stereotyped enterprises in the Zhangcha area had perfected the waste gas treatment facilities.

New problems also arise.

The finalized exhaust gas needs to be treated in a multistage way. Water spray is usually used for primary treatment, and water soluble substances and grease and particulate matter in the waste gas are removed.

However, after repeated use of spray water, the concentration of pollutants in water continues to rise, affecting the effect of waste gas treatment. Once the enterprises treat improper spray water, there are also potential safety hazards.

Finding a way out for wastewater treatment has become a difficult problem in the Zhangcha area.

Due to the fact that all the printing and dyeing enterprises with wastewater discharge in Zhangcha have all been closed down, there is no corresponding qualification unit in the jurisdiction to deal with stereotyping wastewater.

In view of this situation, the environmental protection department of Zhangcha has taken the initiative to serve the enterprises, and has handled the unified collection, unified pportation and unified treatment of the stereotyped enterprise waste water with the qualified processing institutions outside the area.

"When the work was just started, some enterprises came to us and asked when they could arrange the sewage disposal."

Feng Kaihong believes that grass-roots environmental protection work can be effectively promoted only if it wants the enterprises to think urgently, enterprises urgently need to help enterprises, and solve the practical problems encountered by enterprises.

At present, all the finalized enterprises in Zhangcha street have signed the processing contract, and began to regularly carry out the pportation of the waste water in March 10th.

The environmental protection department of Zhangcha also innovates the management mode, through the fixed posts, fixed personnel, unified list management and fixed point management, so as to prevent the stereotyped enterprises from stealing and draining waste water and ensuring the safety of water environment in the area.

At the same time, in view of the great pressure of water quality in the village of Dou tou ou, the environmental protection department of Zhangcha has launched an innovative inspection system of enterprise package.
