Xinjiang Garment Industry Will Inject 40 Billion To Promote Development

Recently, Zhang Chunxian, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Autonomous Region Party committee, met with Pan Xueping, chairman of Jiangsu Jinsheng industrial Limited by Share Ltd, and discussed the fact that 40 billion yuan will be injected into Xinjiang's clothing industry.

Last May,

Chaired the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Autonomous Region Party committee (enlarged) to study the development of textile and garment industry, and will focus on extending the textile and apparel industry chain selection business to promote the development of textile and garment industry.

After a year's efforts, the autonomous region has reached a series of cooperation agreements with Jinsheng industry.

Focusing on textile and clothing, equipment manufacturing and recycling economy, Jinsheng Group will invest 40 billion yuan in the layout of "one center and three parks" in the South and North Xinjiang, that is, Jinsheng industrial administration, service and innovation center, relying on plant biotechnology, such as plant pigment printing and dyeing, and so on. It will rely on the recycling economy to promote the reclaimed fiber industrial park which employs 50 thousand people. The intelligent high-end equipment manufacturing industrial park, which mainly produces CNC machine tools, clothing 3D printing and packaging machinery, will achieve 100 billion yuan in Xinjiang by 2025.

This is the concrete action of implementing the arrangements of the Autonomous Region Party Committee for developing the textile and garment industry to promote employment, and extending a targeted business selection for Xinjiang textile and apparel industry chain.

Zhang Chunxian said at the meeting that we must firmly grasp the importance of "one belt and one road".

We should focus on the structural reform of the supply side and build the "five centers" of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt and develop the real economy.

We should focus on the global market and plan the development of textile and clothing, equipment manufacturing and circular economy around the characteristics of Xinjiang, the needs of the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt, and the high starting point and high level.

The characteristic agricultural products such as cotton and fruit are Xinjiang's advantages. We should make use of advanced biotechnology to make printing and dyeing more green and environmentally friendly. The equipment manufacturing industry represents the industrialization level of a region. Combined with the achievements made by Xinjiang in many years of structural adjustment, we should strengthen technological innovation and move towards the high-end market, and create the brand of Xinjiang's equipment manufacturing industry. Xinjiang has beautiful scenery, but its ecological environment is still very fragile. We should attach importance to ecological environment protection, pay attention to developing circular economy, make good use of waste textiles and make good use of new technologies, and do well in the development of recycled fiber industry.

We hope that Jinsheng industry will seize the opportunity and develop continuously with the advantage of Xinjiang, so as to promote employment through innovation and development, and contribute to Xinjiang's social stability and long-term stability.
