Manchuria Judicial Bureau Plays The Role Of Lawyers To Promote Foreign Legal Cooperation

The Manchuria Municipal Judicial Bureau, in conjunction with the actual development of the open experimental area, actively links with the neighboring countries in Russia to establish legal cooperation in foreign affairs.

At present, legal services have been listed as an important part of the municipal government's outreach work, forming a regular meeting mechanism with the state of Chita, Russia, and a cooperation agreement with the lawyers association of Russia, based on the bar association, and reaching a cooperation intention with the lawyers' Association of the yyk.

The advanced training course for the construction of lawyers' professional and technical personnel in legal service has further improved the level of personnel training in foreign-related lawyers and foreign legal cooperation.

Recently, the Foreign Affairs Office of Manchuria received a letter from the Ministry of economic development of ILCQ, Russia, asking the Chinese side to assist in obtaining the hearing information about the economic losses caused by the Russian side Allit Co., Ltd., which was prosecuted by the Manchuria people's court for the prosecution of a Chinese company's illegal activities.

The Manchuria Foreign Affairs Office referred the work to the Municipal Judicial Bureau for processing.

It is understood that the above case has been submitted to the people's Court of Manchuria for a first instance judgment. The judgment has been delivered to Allit, a Russian limited liability company. The judgment has a detailed and clear record of the facts of the case.
