China Textile Industry Association Visited The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Litong District, Wuzhong City

The ecological textile industrial park in Litong District, Wuzhong City, Hui Autonomous Region, is the twenty-second national textile industry pfer demonstration park, and is an important base to undertake the pfer of textile industry in eastern and central China.

Last year, Litong District was awarded the "ten major parks for the pfer of the national textile industry".

In the current complex economic situation, in the first quarter of this year, the industrial economy of Litong District has been pformed from negative to positive, showing a good momentum of growth and recovery.

In particular, the steady development of the textile industry, the planning and construction of the industrial park, and the rapid and healthy development of Ningxia Hengfeng group and other entry enterprises are closely related to the help of the local government.

Zhang Xiaoming, Secretary of the district Party committee, said that in developing the textile industry unswervingly, Litong District should maintain a high starting point in carrying out the pfer, and make advanced equipment on it, and never make the foothold of backward production capacity.

The wool textile industrial park in Litong District is one of the key industrial parks to develop low carbon economy and build the riverside priority area. It is one of the three major ecological textile industrial parks in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and the "national textile industry pfer pilot park".

The first phase of the park covers an area of 2030 mu, with a total investment of 4 billion 600 million yuan, and has now been admitted to 48 enterprises.

During the "13th Five-Year" period, Litong District will pform and upgrade the first phase of the ecological textile industrial park, comprehensively build the two phase of the industrial park, further improve the infrastructure of the park, and turn the ecological textile industrial park into a modern ecological textile park with cashmere (wool) as the main body, and the latter part of the textile industry chain as the core, with R & D, production, exhibition, logistics (storage) as the integration, and build the technological R & D base of Ningxia textile industry.

And its supporting production base, textile trading base for Arabia countries and Muslim regions, to create a national textile industry pfer demonstration area.

At present, the park has basically formed a textile industrial gathering area mainly composed of Hengfeng, Ningxia, Ningxia, Jia Ruixiang, Ningxia, Hao Xin and other enterprises. It has changed from initial processing to intensive processing, from primary products to high-end products, from OEM products to independent brands, from loose operation to industrial cluster four pformations, forming a textile production and processing industrial chain with cashmere combing, spinning, knitting, weaving, carpets and fur clothing in one body.

At the same time, with the goal of building "China Textile City" and "10 billion eco Textile Industrial Park", relying on Hengfeng textile group of Ningxia, vigorously implementing the textile industry extension chain, reinforcing chain and strong chain project, we will accelerate the construction of upstream projects such as PX and PTA, strive to enhance the research and development capabilities of cashmere (wool) products, promote the extension of cashmere textiles to the value chain, expand the application scope and market share of synthetic fibers and textile fabrics, undertake the pfer of Eastern Textile Industry, extend the stretching textile industry chain, and gradually form the whole industry chain development mode of combing, weaving, printing and dyeing and garment processing to create a high-quality textile industry system and create an influential textile industry in Western China.
