How To Make Data Confidentiality Agreement

The two sides, through equal consultation and agreement, voluntarily sign this Agreement and abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

The performance information (confidential information) is kept on the server of XToolsCRM, and because of technical services and other reasons, Party B may access these data in some cases.

Party B acknowledges that if these data are not disclosed to others without permission, Party A may suffer losses.

(5) Party B agrees and promises that all confidential information shall be strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any other person or institution without Party A's prior permission.

(6) Party B agrees and promises that Party B can not delete any confidential information on the server without any reservation after any service is terminated.

Meanwhile, Party B guarantees to return any documents or materials containing confidential information on the server of Party A (if any).

The obligation of confidentiality under this Agreement does not apply to the following information: (I) it is not known to the public for the reasons of Party B; (II) the information is not subject to the obligation of confidentiality because of other information known to other sources other than Party B; (III) the information disclosed by the law or the competent authorities of other countries.
