Xia Lingmin, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation, pointed out that the pilot work of textile industrial clusters has been in operation for more than 10 years since 2002. During this period, the rapid development of China's textile industrial clusters has become an important basis for structural adjustment and pformation and upgrading of China's textile industry.

At present, the 207 industrial clusters established by the Federation of China textile industry, accounting for about 45% of the total industry, show that after years of adjustment and upgrading, the cluster area has become an important support for promoting the upgrading and development of China's textile industry under the "new normal" environment.

At present, the industry as a whole is in a relatively stable state. Next, the development of textile industrial clusters should focus on six aspects: Transformation of science and technology, green, intelligence, characteristics, quality and management.

At the meeting, Huang Shuyuan, President of the China Wool Textile Industry Association, pointed out in the speech entitled "review and Prospect of wool textile industrial cluster development" that since the beginning of the pilot work of textile industrial cluster in 2002, China's wool textile industry cluster has developed rapidly. As of now, the Chinese Textile Industry Federation and the Chinese Wool Textile Industry Association jointly named 17 textile industry clusters, which cover different processing fields and specialized markets, including primary processing, yarn, wool knitted garments and artificial fur, which are mainly distributed in 6 provinces and autonomous regions such as Hebei, Zhejiang, Shandong, Guangdong and the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

In 2015, there were 23084 enterprises in the wool textile industrial cluster. Among them, 1451 enterprises were regulated, and 651 thousand and 500 employees were employed, a slight increase over 2014.

China Wool Textile Industry Association has promoted the wool textile industry cluster work by focusing on strengthening industry basic research, developing various forms of cluster activities, organizing the docking of wool textile industrial clusters and industrial parks.

Huang Shuyuan said that next step, the wool textile industry cluster work will focus on the four aspects of the wool textile industry cluster reevaluation, statistical research, docking and interconnection, combined with the wool textile industry "13th Five-Year plan" to promote cluster related activities to promote.
