The durability labels of infants' clothing are stitched on the inside of the clothes, affecting the wearing comfort; there are no manufacturers' names and addresses, no fiber content, no implementation standards, no safety categories, and inconsistent fiber contents between the internal and external standards.

China Consumer Association pointed out that the national mandatory standard GB31701-2015 "infant and child textile product safety technical specification" will be formally implemented in June 1st this year.
