The self-developed moulds and steam molding technology are used to produce environment-friendly ETPU molding materials, which are applied to the high rebound shoe materials of sneakers in the middle, bottom and plug-ins.

Its performance in terms of elastic modulus, tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break, and dynamic energy feedback is superior to that of international similar products. It has been steadily marketed through the world-renowned jogging shoes Saucony and the famous sports shoes brand FILA of the United States. The first 500 ton production line has been built to achieve the production capacity of 8000 pairs / day ETPU foam shoe materials, and has obtained a number of patents related to inventions and utility models.

At the meeting, the expert group listened to the work report, technical research report, inspection, novelty search, user application and evaluation opinions of the project, reviewed relevant identification materials, and some experts inspected the production site of the enterprise before the meeting. After questioning and discussion, the group agreed and agreed that the project results were innovative and advanced, and its technology and products filled the domestic blank, and the overall technology reached the international advanced level.
