In the sampling inspection, the Suzhou quality supervision department inspected the sewing strength of children and infant clothing samples.

A total of 16 batches of sewing strength items were tested, 6 batches failed, and the pass rate was 62.5%.

At the same time, the quality supervision department also carries out risk monitoring on tensile strength of the fastener and zipper head attached to the sample.

Of the 54 batches of samples accepted this test, 11 batches did not meet the requirements, and the rate of non conformity was 20.4%.

Among them, a trouser trouser decoration of a pair of trousers is only dropped lightly. The strength used after testing is only about half of the standard strength.

Reporters saw in some children's children's clothing shops around the kindergarten that many children wore long cords on their hooded clothes, and the salesmen did not pay much attention to the hidden risks.

Of the 32 batches of samples tested for acceptance of the rope, 16 batches did not meet the requirements, and the rate of non conformity was 50%.

In this risk monitoring and supervision project, 4 batches of fiber products were found to be unqualified, with a pass rate of 94.9%.

Among them, 1 batches of products showed a fiber content of "cotton 95% spandex 5%" and the measured value was "polyester fiber 86.6% cotton 13.4%".

The content of product identification should include information such as size specification, fiber content, washing method, factory name, factory name, product name, product execution standard number, product quality grade, safety category and so on, and the specification, fiber content and washing method should be durable.

The main reason for the existence of unqualified problems is that the process of dyeing is unreasonable or the dye is not suitable.

In addition, many parents concerned about formaldehyde content, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye, odor and other indicators are all qualified; lead, cadmium and other heavy metal indicators, phthalate two acid project risk monitoring results also all meet the requirements.
