At present, China's cotton reserve stock is much higher than the reasonable level, and inventory control has become the main keynote of the national cotton macro-control.

In April 15th, the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the notice on the arrangement of the rotation of the national cotton reserves (No. ninth in 2016), and decided to gradually digest the state reserve cotton inventory from 2016 onwards, and adjust the reserve scale to a reasonable level.

The head of China Fiber Inspection Bureau pointed out that we should fully understand the particularity of the notarization test, raise the notarization test to the height of the strategic task of "going to stock", and ensure that the inspection data is objective and fair with a highly responsible attitude.
