"Textile Light" Safety Protection Textiles Technology And Application Key Results Of On-Site Promotion Activities Held

Organized by the China Textile Industry Federation science and technology development department, the China Industrial Textiles Association and the textile optical technology foundation, the on-the-spot promotion of "textile light" safety protection textiles technology and application was held in Xi'an.

In his speech, Gao Yong pointed out that from the beginning of 11th Five-Year, industrial textiles were included in the national planning, which means that the focus of textile industry restructuring since 11th Five-Year has shifted to the industrial textiles industry.

During the "12th Five-Year" period, 8 categories of industrial textiles were supported by the 16 categories, and the safety protection was used.

In recent years, the development of safety protection textiles has been developing rapidly. From simple labor protection to safety protection, it has gradually got rid of the image of traditional products, and with the progress of science and technology, the textile for safety protection has formed an industry.

Since the beginning of "fifteen", textile technology has increased its layout and entered the "12th Five-Year". Textile Science and technology achievements have entered the harvest period. This promotion project is of great significance for the development of the textile industry for the safety protection.

In the speech entitled "innovation driven and green coordinated development of textile industry", Yao Mu stressed that the innovation of textile industry should attach importance to original innovation and can no longer rely on the way of "introduction, digestion, absorption and re innovation".

Original innovation should not only focus on thinking innovation, system innovation, organization structure innovation, management method innovation, management system innovation, talent innovation, but also pay attention to ideological and technological innovation, basic theory innovation, machinery and equipment innovation, operation control system innovation, technological innovation, product index innovation, standard innovation, detection technology and instrument innovation, multi-disciplinary collaborative innovation.

Gao Yong revealed that in the upcoming 13th Five-Year plan of the textile industry, which will be released in the second half of the year, and the "13th Five-Year plan" of textile science and technology, the industrial textiles industry is still the focus.

He hoped that the industry would work together to push the textile industry to a new climax.

Yao Mu believes that the textile and garment industry must pay special attention to the needs of the society and pay special attention to the issue of safety protection. High performance and new functions are the key performance requirements for the safety of special protective clothing.

The key points of general safety protection in the field of clothing are: high temperature workplace, battlefield, fire scene; two are special work clothes such as antistatic, detonating and arc protection, three are solid impact prevention, four are prevention and control of toxic and hazardous substances leakage, five are isolation of high energy radiation in special places, six are anti cutting gloves for preventing certain blade damage at work site, and stab boots for walking in spiked areas.

All these functions require special textile materials.

At the meeting, four key safety protection textiles technical achievements were recommended, and experts answered the questions of the participants.
