At the same time, Tencent has the right to continue to subscribe 5% of the shares when Jingdong goes public.
As part of the cooperation agreement, Tencent pferred its registered capital, assets and business to affiliated Jingdong such as C2C, QQ online shopping and so on, including electronic business platform.

In the eyes of many people in the industry, the Jingdong will take the 1 shop and may bring a new pattern to China's O2O.
