Two, we should guide financial institutions to increase credit support for enterprises with orders and efficiency so as to help enterprises avoid exchange rate risks, expand the coverage areas of export credit insurance, and increase imports of key products that are urgently needed in China.

Three, we must further clean up port, shipping and other business charges, and speed up exports.

We should strengthen supervision over vicious competition.

Four, we should reform and perfect the system and mechanism suited to the new format and new mode, expand the cross border electricity supplier, market purchase trade mode, and foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises and so on, and cultivate new development power.

Fifth, we must give full play to the role of two-way investment in foreign trade, and continue to promote new breakthroughs in the field of "one belt and one road" and expand the space for international production capacity cooperation.
