According to the latest news from Paris, the private equity fund Experienced Capital Partners has acquired the French shirt brand Alan F Garay with EPI group.

Over the past 30 years, Alain Figaret has grown from a small shop to one of the most famous shirts in France.
From cloth design to production and sale, the Figaret family is in charge of supervision.
The brand entered Asia a few years ago, and has 4 retail outlets in Hongkong, Tokyo and Singapore.
Experienced Capital Partners was founded by Sandro, Maje and Claudie Pierlot parent SMCP ex executives, Fr Deric Biousse, Fr and Sandro, and the company confirmed the takeover information to the outside world, and hoped to complete all purchases in early 2017.
EPI Group is one of the companies that invest in Experienced Capital Partners. The former retained 30% of AlainFigaret's brand.
